Alloy Therapeutics interview questions

Two screening interviews followed by on site. I gave presentation on cutting edge science followed by 4 one on ones. People told me they loved it but have not heard from them. HR was incommunicado. Hiring manager told me he wants to populate the company with his own friends. My interview was a fake. Their President told me it take 2-3 months- maybe at CIA and not some crappy biotech that works on frauduent technology that I was not even able to reproduce in my lab.
