Allworth Financial interview questions

Asked mostly about my experience in sales and what I can bring to the table. Spent a lot of time going through my numbers and close rate. Additionally, spent time on retention. Even posed some scenarios.

The interview process involved 5-6 interviews with different teams, culminating in a final meeting with the CFO. However, the company does not communicate how many interviews there will be in total, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I did not receive any follow-up after the final interview to confirm whether I was offered the position or not. Overall, the lack of transparency in the process made it a bit challenging, and I wouldn't want to waste your time if you're considering applying.
