Two interview process. First interview with the in house recruiter and the second one with 2 team leaders in the department. A lot of scenario questions followed by how you think you are the perfect candidate for the position

Interview
It was in 2021 and interviews were being conducted virtually. It didn’t take long to hear back. The interview was between 1-2 other interviews and you the candidate. Fairly easy
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ally Financial in Aug 2019
Interview
The process takes a little more than a month. I did an online assessment then a few days later I was emailed a link to do a video interview. Approximately a week after I was scheduled for an in person interview.
