Nothing it is not so hard just a little difficult. My tip is you should study about the bpo industry before taking some interviews because if you dont know anything about bpo it would be so likely that you will not pass interviews.

Estuvo tranquilo, la rhh me atendió bastante bien, me gustó la experiencia de la entrevista, solo que tienes que memorizar bastantes cosas, pero no fue difícil, además son sinceros con klo que viene siendo la descripción del trabajo, y después de la entrevista no demoran mucho en llamarte

The hiring process was very messy, Took me 10 hours on-site just to finish the initial interview and made me come back the other day for final interview.
Then on the day of final interview, it took me a lot of hours again just waiting for my name to be called
