3 tier: first phone screen, second with manager, third with VP. Learn about the company's business model, it is not a consultancy. They will ask you to describe the Client Service role in the second and third interviews. Memorize the values and be prepared for a behavioral questions.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
