I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Applied through my college career portal. Within 10 days received an email including link to Video Assessment. You have five business days to complete the video assessment. It consists of one trial question (what is your favorite movie) to get you to practice answering video questions and then is followed up by four interview questions. The uploading process for the videos is awful and slow.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
