Interview
The first-round interviews were conducted through a virtual AI platform. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The software frequently interrupted me mid-sentence, which made it difficult to express my thoughts clearly. It also felt impersonal and awkward speaking to an automated system rather than a real interviewer. The overall experience was frustrating and did not allow me to properly showcase my skills or personality.
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
