Interview
Once you send the company your cover letter and resume you are emailed a link to an automated video interview. You are given a test question to get used to the system and you are able to practice as many times as you wish. When you start the actual interview you have a limited time to answer each question and can only do so in one take.
A recorded video screening - 4 questions. You are timed. You only have 1-2 minutes for each question. The site they provide you for the recorded video screening also has a quick practice interview for you to practice. Before, you do the in the interview, just make sure your video camera and mic on your computer work

Video interview, total of 4 questions, some below may not be the same but they will be similar. They give you a warm up video asking a simple question like your favorite movie. Then you will have 30 seconds to answer the questions they give you.
