Interview
I applied online after seeing AlphaSights at a university careers fair. I was invited a few days later to complete a video interview. You get 30s to think about the question and then 1 minute to answer - it goes pretty quickly but most of the questions are available on Glassdoor so it's easy to prepare.
Was very smooth, there's an AI video interview portion, then first round with HR, second round interview that's more technical, and third round interview with a VP that's mostly behavioral.

Question 1
Why AlphaSights over other companies in sales, consulting, data, etc.
After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.

Interview
1st round was an online recording interview. 2nd round was with a recruiter and was a behavior based interview, 3rd round was a case interview. The final round was a behavioral based interview asking some basic questions about you.
