I applied in late September 2018, within a few days i got an email inviting me for a short telephone interview. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes going over what I knew about the role and why I wanted the job.

I applied to the associate programme through their website and received an invitation for a primary 15-minute phone interview the same day. After submitting my availability and going through the first interview which consisted of talking about my education, experience, and reasons for applying to the company as well as checking my understanding of what AlphaSights does, I was invited to take part in a second round interview over Skype. The second interview lasted one hour and covered the same things as the first interview, as well as going in depth into the BREAD process (Brief, Research, Engage and Assess, Deliver) that is employed at the company. I would recommend researching this process beforehand and thinking about why each step is important. I currently have an offer for the final round of interviews in person which will be the case-study interview.
