Interview
3 interview rounds following the application. The first round was a 15-minute chat with a recruiter where they tested that I had reviewed the preparation materials and asked fundamental behavioural questions. The second round was a case study with a manager who tested preparation and my ability to apply my thinking to an example scenario. Coachability and adaptability were assessed. Third round was a rigorous behavioural interview. They had a highly responsive recruitment team, good timeline, and a overall satisfactory process.

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
