Video, then on site interviews. All questions available on Glassdoor so not difficult at all. Had 2 employees interview me and then sat down w/senior staff member.
Easy competency questions, all questions were found on Glassdoor. It is better to prepare for a bit for the first round video interview

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
