If the company you're looking for is located in Charlotte, NC, than this is a fake company and is actually a mlm/ pyramid marketing asso. The process includes one screening (by CEO) and two rounds of interview by managers which during the process they appear to be more nervous than me. Done by zoom or phone. The Zoom interview maybe done with other candidates. They also require a questionnaire.

What could be the obstacle for you to get promoted?

Interview
Group interview that seemed weird. Definitely some type of MLM or Pyramid scheme that profits on getting more people suckered in. If you see businesses such as these I would stay far away

Question 1
They asked me if I would be okay with the job being mostly sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alpine Events (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2025
Interview
The first interview was actually with the CEO and it was with three different applicants. It seemed disorganized and chaotic. The CEO didn't seem to know what job we were even interviewing for. He then mentioned job descriptions of about four different positions in his company. Even after doing the interview I got both a text message and email saying that I never attended the interview. I would consider that a huge red flag.
