First was the resume shortlisting followed by an online assessment consisting of aptitude and verbal only then followed by GD my topic was - "Is internet a safe place". Technical round in which few of my coding skills were tested and then final round was the HR round common questions were asked.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alstrom Gris (Hyderābād) in Aug 2025

It was a 4 step process
Every round is an elimination round
1) Online Assessment consisting of Technical mcqs, Quants and Verbal ability, and coding questions.
2) This was a Group discussion round where the competition was very hard from 13 only 3/2 mem could go to next round.And the topic was either a current topic or something technical related question.
I was selected to go to next round .
3) This was a technical round. Mostly revolved around coding questions as I was a IT student .
4) Last is the HR round where common questions like are you ok to reallocate,where do you see yourself in the next 5 years questions where asked .

Mostly questions of my skill set were asked. I would say they focused on our foundation and grip on subjects .
