Alta Vista Solutions interview questions

The interview process includes 3 rounds: HR Interview, Video Interview (if out of state) and In Person Interview. All the rounds are pretty straight forward with focus on what’s in your resume with couple of question focused on scenarios on how to manage clients and expectations.

Easy Interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary. First, they have a phone interview with HR. Then a phone interview with managers, where they ask some technical questions. Then the last interview is in-person.
