I met them through my college career fair and applied for the position online. I sat down for the interview 3 days after I first met them. It was an easy, positive experience over all.

Interview
I applied and I received a phone interview within a week. I was then invited to an onsite interview a few weeks later. The onsite interview started with a plant tour and then took up the rest of the morning.
This was a one stage interview, Maybe a quick screening with HR and one with managers. Easy if you're going for an entry position as their expectations is to train you from nothing.
