I interviewed at Alternative Asset Investment Management
Interview
It was a pretty bad experience, they asked me basic questions but the interviewer was very rude and did not shy away from insulting candidates. She criticised every point and had a egoistic attitude.

Interview
There was a group interview with some young looking people. Turns out the interviewers were also interns. The interviewers read their questions from a script and just took notes.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alternative Asset Investment Management (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
They really asked behavioral question only and some basic background knowledge about hedge fund.
They posted online they're looking for hedge fund intern, but when I was at the interview, the office was not even close to start up company. And people working their whether as intern or full time, I don't even know what they're doing. They don't even have terminal etc etc. No disrespect, but head of people working there (I can't even call it as a team), from Penn State, which never really goes into hedge fund.
