It starts out with a phone requesting a proposed strategy to compare you to the other candidates, but really what they are doing is phishing for free strategy so beware. After putting together a 20 page proposal strategy deck, and presented the deck virtually via zoom. I was being recorded without my knowledge. Then I was told I would get a call back on next steps - it has been over 3 weeks. Pretty much they took all the ideas and vanished. Also, I was informed that they do not wear masks in the office to prevent COVID spread.
