The interview process was quick and efficient.I was impressed by how fast the process was overall. I'm used to interviewing with larger companies where the hiring process is dragged out over 3-4 months. The team at Altmetric was always quick to respond after each stage. Each interview/stage also felt distinct and wasn't redundant, even as you met different people across the company.

Interview process was great! Really smooth running process and heard back from each stage very quickly. It was three stages, with a 1:1 interview, a task submission and a panel style interview.

A video call with the Tech Director, who didn't seem very happy with the current CTO but missed the previous one. Didn't ask about most of the things I'd expect for an interview at that level, was more an informal chat about basic tech processes.
