Interview
My interview at Alumis was easy and went smoothly. Everyone was polite and really nice! I think they had a large panel to choose from, and it showed how they value their hiring process.
Applied online and was contacted by recruiter to set up initial screening. That went well, then was scheduled to interview with hiring manager. At last minute recruiting coordinator emailed to resched to next day, which wasn’t a problem. Interview with HM went well and told me that the recruiter would reach out on next steps. After no contact over week I followed up with recruiter and have yet to receive a response, just ghosted, which is pretty unprofessional IMO.
Screening call was unprofessional and unorganized. Their screening calls showed they knew nothing about the opportunity and was there to fill a quota. This reflects poorly on how serious this company thinks it is. Please take hiring seriously and do not outsource it to people not actually employed by your company.
