The first thing you will need to do is pass the competency test and a HIPPA test. That is done at the office. Once you do that you will fill out an application. The application includes availability, work history, work reference etc. The following items you will need when filling out the application: CNA License or HHA Certification Valid Drivers license Current Car Insurance with Declaration page Current CPR certification 2 verifiable work references Physical (last 6 months) and TB test CEUs (Aids/HIV training, Alzheimer’s training, Assistance with self administered Medication, HIPPA) You will need to pass a level 2 background check Moyer vehicle report and a in-house 12 panel drug screen. Once you complete all that you will then be schedule for orientation and once you finish orientation they will have you speak with the scheduling coordinator to help find a case for you.
