You apply online and if you pass the application screening, they email you with open interview times. When you walk in you're sat down to do a computer/internet navigation "test" and a typing test. Once you get those results, they come and collect you and them. They'll go over the nature of the job with you, the training duration and schedule, the way they do scheduling after training, and explain the basic hiring process (contingent on passing drug and background). They'll ask basic questions like your computer and customer service experience, as well as slightly more detailed (but hardly complex) questions about customer service scenarios.
