Had two phone interviews with current employees (an SDE and a Scientist) after an initial resume screening, each lasting 45-60 mins. I was referred for the role by a current employee

Questions based on technical experiences mentioned on the resume
There were total of 3 rounds. First was a normal round with the hiring manager. The second and third rounds were coding rounds with some technical questions as well. Leetcode questions were medium level for both the rounds.

one round of interviews that contained both technical and behavioral questions. The interview is not too difficult but it is hard to prepare for because of the breadth requirement. Behavioral is amazon principles.
