Interview process was two technical interviews with the team lead and the team project manager. Both took place over the phone and were between 30 minutes and one hour long. Skeletoning code was allowed and encouraged.

Technical Online Assessment, then a zoom interview with a team member, which has behavioral and technical parts. OA requires quick runtime to get 100% but this isn't necessary to move forward.

First an online assessment. Then I meet with 2 engineers via Zoom and we discussed some behavioral questions and I had 1 technical question where I live coded in front of them. I received an offer 2 weeks later.

Behavior questions were about talking about struggling on coding projects and overcoming obstacles and ambiguity. The technical question was a DP problem about placing boxes of varying sizes into a container.
