It was extremely well organised, multiple rounds of interviews focusing on technical abilities in HVAC and leadership qualities as per Amazon LPs. The focus should be on how did you manage situations applying Amazon LPs.

Question 1
HVAC related questions on operating cycle, chillers, TX, Gensets etc
They asked a lot of questions, but were very friendly. There two technical sets of questions and some about behavioral. The interviewers may vary on who it is because they can be from anywhere.
