First there was a phone screen, then a couple weeks later a 1 hour technical interview. The recruiter asked that I study the Amazon leadership principles and prepare for my full day of interviews. About 3 weeks after my technical interview, I had 5 one hour interviews. Some of the questions were Technical and the rest were based off of Amazon Leadership Principles. Didn't receive an offer, but I felt more knowledgeable and qualified than all of the people who interviewed me.
