Interview
After submitting an application, you'll be reached out by a recruiter for a quick chat about the job and your interest in it. Your first interview will determine if you're a good candidate for the loop interview. The loop interview is a series of interviews with different people in different positions from technicians to management. After that, the recruitment team will meet with the interviewers to discuss if you will be a good fit for Amazon.

Question 1
Hard to remember the questions but there was a mixture of STARs question as well as some basic technical questions. There are numerous examples of STAR questions out there, research some of them and apply the leadership principles to your situation. If you can explain some basic technical questions like explain DHCP, DNS, how to rebuild a server or why would a server boot to USB key, then you'll get the technical questions easily.

Interview
I applied in the beginning of January and got reached out to in March.
I got 1 call from the talent acquisition manager congratulating me that I got to the final loop interview. They were super supportive and helped me prepare as best as they could for the interview.
I had the loop interview with 3 45-min round interviews with 2 DCO technicians and a manager. It had 1 technical-based section and 2 scenario-based sections.
After the interview I got a call 3 business days later congratulating me and offering me the Job.
It was good, with some questions from 16 leadership principles and some functional questions. Overall it was a good experience. There was a lot of pressure but with right mindset everything can be achieved just like this interview.
