Interview
Fairly decent process. Got called for a first round, which went well (typical HR questions around motivation, dates for availability etc). From then on, the actual interview was fine, covering your experience (they're looking for projects, issues etc you've resolved and how they align to their 10 or so competencies). Although the interview went fine, unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze across several departments for all CSM roles at the time I was interviewing.

Multiple discussions with Recruiter and Technical people, to understand if you are a good fit (technical and soft skills) with AWS team. I got through 2 first rounds of interviews and not sellected for the pannel. Behaviour based questions, my answers were sometimes to imprecise and too long, with too much detailed.
