Very good communication during the interview process. First step is to do some tests in their platform to assess the behaviour towards many situations. There are also some questions to evaluate intelligence. Then you are scheduled a session with a software engineer where you have to solve coding challenges

Solve a very difficult coding challenge which is not relevant to the day to day work
Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.

Beahviroal and some hiring manager then recruiter feedback and follow up for level up. Level up did not work and i had o say no to them
