The interview was refreshingly straightforward. There was no small talk; we went straight to coding. They gave me a problem to solve right away, and I focused purely on writing the code without worrying about tests or running it. The emphasis was clearly on my approach and logic. After the coding session, we wrapped up with a quick 10-minute round of behavior questions. It was a concise and efficient process, which I appreciated.
