Interview
Applied online, followed by an email to set up a phone interview with hiring manager, then a 4 person panel, followed by an additional 4 panel interview, case study presentation solving a manufacturing problem, and then 4 online aptitude tests.
I spent over 10 hours interviewing for this job, it was the most involved process to go through and not get the job. When the hiring manager said he was about to offer the job to someone else and wasnt sure it was going to work out that's why he was talking to me, i should have ran the other way instead of wasting my time talking to him or the company he represents. There are much better companies to be a part of.
There were three rounds to the process. Many people were on the panel and it was awkward when asking questions. They did not give a tour which I thought was strange and they only asked theoretical questions.

Panel interview with facility leadership. Questions were in STAR format relating to experiences in numerous aspects. Interview was on-time, and everything else is straight to the point. No unnecessary chatter all business.

Interview
There was one phone screen with Human Resources, two in person interviews with different managers that the role would report to and then a third panel interview with other members of the management/supervisory team. It was a lengthy process.
