Interview
I first received a phone call from a recruiter. It wasn't a scheduled interview but a recruiter asked me a couple of questions. I believe that it was about 10 -15 min. As the next step, I was invited to an in-person interview. Before the interview, I filled in a form that asks SSN or where I have lived in the past 7 years. The interviewers were very nice and friendly. It lasted for about 30 min.

Why do you want to work here?
Formal but very quick and heard back very quickly. Branch manager conducted interview so it all depends on which manager you get the opportunity to speak with. Pleasant overall, I enjoyed working for the company.

Got call about 3 weeks after applying and they asked "why acu" and "how long will you stay with the company"...they really didn't seem like they wanted to hire anyone.
