Formal and stream lined phone interview with HR then staff. In person interviewed followed. I met with the Executive Director then the Director and other staff I was called back several days later with an offer

It took over 3 weeks after interviewing to be told I wasn't going to be getting an offer, after being told it would take just a week. After every deadline I was given I had to call to follow up to see if they still needed more time or if I wasn't getting an offer and they just decided to not tell me.
