The application itself was full of short answer questions, an easy way to skim off people without good writing skills. It takes a few hours to apply, so they are obviously looking for serious candidates only.
I was e-mailed 3 days after application was sent in, requesting a phone interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Cancer Society (Lansing, MI)
Interview
Was hired in my staffing agency, Manpower. Ran about 15 minutes. Super dry, mass staffing interview. Dress nice and show good communication skills. They're looking for people who can speak fluently and aren't jerks.
