Interview
I had a phone interview first. I was then interviewed one on one with an Associate Director. That was pleasant. Lastly, I had an interview with three directors and was made to make a presentation. Overall, it was a standard process. The presentation was fine and they said I went above and beyond what they typically saw.

Question 1
Recall a scenario where you had to intervene because a volunteer was unruly or argumentative. How did you handle this situation?

Interview
The interview was long - it lasted a full hour. The questions were abstract and many of them were situational questions that seemed completely unrelated to the position. Many of the questions were also open-ended, prompting you to give an examples of how you respond to different instances. It was extremely vague and some of the questions were unclear.
