American Health Communities interview questions

After a one on one interview, i watched several videos then spent a few days orienting with another floor nurse. No skills were actually checked off. I feel that better staff could be found if skills are actually checked off and if new employees are given adequate documentation on the processes required through the Vision website. Most everything that I learned at this facility was because I constantly asked questions and I took initiative to find the answers with or without help.
