First 1 on 1 interview for less than 5 minutes than they put you on a 1 hour orientation. (Which they won't tell you ahead of time). Second, after the orientation they will interview you again and pretend they will discuss the process with other managers. (Later in when I was in management I discover they hire anyone so they can code and get their monthly bonus ). Later on the day, they call you for a follow up interview, they hire you have you right away sign the contract (40%), and have you sign up for a 52 hour course. After you are done, you have to take the state exam. When you pass the state exam, you contact the agency and they have you come in to a 4 week NO PAY training course! You pretty much book for your manager and go out all day watching the manager without you making a dime. Finally when you get your agent number you go out and sale insurance.
