You show up and are greeted by the office personnel. She gave me a handout of paperwork to fill which I did. I noticed other people coming in to do the same thing which I was expecting since she told me ahead time that it was a group overview. After everyone was there the manager introduced himself and went through a power point presentation telling us about the company. At the end they handed out an exit survey and told us they would get back to us individually to set up a one on one interview to make a hiring decision.

Easy and quick interview process. Understable and efficient. Though did not clarify it was just commission, made it seem like you make 80,000 salary non commission but remember this is 100% comission
