They do cattle calls to get as many people in the door to choose from as possible. A sort of "Throw them all against the wall and see who falls, who sticks, & who climbs up and over" approach.
What they DO NOT tell you is that you will have to PAY THEM nearly $450 dollars when all is said and done, for classes and test fees. Not many people looking for work today, have that money to give to their prospective employers. I felt like I was mislead. They glide over, meaning it is NOT emphasized AT ALL during the "Who has the best shoes/tie" look at us we are your buddies, pep talk/"second interview".
They claim, once you've passed the first screening, to have sent many people home already who didn't measure up. This is to give you a little boost to the groups confidence. These are standard practices usually used in a sort on con.
I do not doubt that you can be successful if you are willing to do all they ask. I just felt dirty when I left there.
