I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Income Life (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Got a call from a recruiter to attend an interview the next day, emphasis on professional wear. First part of the interview was a group interview. Was told they'd call back those who presented themselves well, etc. Got called for a one on one interview the next day which went well. Some people did show up in jeans and strapless tops, but if you want the job then dress professionally. Most of your questions will be answered during the group interview by the way. You do need to get licensed which you pay out of pocket.

Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
