I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Was called based on monster.com resume, and offered an interview for a potential position. Got to the office and it was not an interview but rather a presentation to a group of people who also received the same call. Instructed to fill out questionnaire forms after the presentation and we would be notified same day if we would be considered for the position. Felt as if they promised illusions of grandeur via the presentation however incentivized recruiting others more so than actually producing sales. Did not leave a good taste in my mouth.
The process was pretty straight forward. You get introduced to the company through a presentation. After, you have an interview one on one with the higher up and go from there. They asked why I wanted to work there, where do I see myself in the future, pretty straight forward.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Rogers, AR) in Dec 2018
Interview
Spoke with a representative for about five minutes and then sat through an hour presentation of the company from the State General Agent (owner). It felt very fast paced, but it was very informational because they do not want their time wasted nor do they want to waste your time. I really liked that because they were very up front with what they do and their expectations.
