I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Income Life
Interview
I’ll admit I did not get what I was expecting. I received an email about an opportunity as a Benefits Coordinator. I still don’t remember ever applying for the position. I went in to the interview and it was for a sales position. There was a presentation telling you about the company. It was pretty inspirational. The whole thing lasted maybe two hours. I ended up coming back in for a second “interview.” What really happened was that I was briefed on what the agents do and I was hired on the spot.

I interviewed at American Income Life (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
I interviewed at American Income Life (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
