American Oncology Network interview questions

I was sent a text by a recruiter after applying, asking my availability for an interview. After responding, the recruiter did not respond until a week later, scheduling an interview for a few days later. The interview with the hiring manager went well in my opinion, with our conversation lasting nearly an hour and next steps mentioned multiple times. Then, I heard nothing. I reached out to the recruiter reaffirming my interest a week later and have had no response almost a month later.

I did not get an interview. They claimed “ The salary expectations that you listed are outside of the range for the current position and we are therefore closing out your current application.” I asked for $32 I think since there is a lot of driving involved and I have 20+ years experience. But it is always negotiable. The listing has a pay range of $22 to $40 per hour.
