I had 2 interviews with American Tall in the summer of 2024. Both interviews went well, and as expected. After the second interview, they emailed me and told me that they'd be reaching out the following week for next steps - next week came, no communication was received. Follwed up twice, zero response. Completly ghosted. If I'm not the right candidate, that's OK, I understand. But at least have the decency and respect for my time - just reply and let me know, especially after telling me you'd contact me "next week" for next steps. The position I applied for is *still* posted on LinkedIn (it keeps getting reposted for months now). Major red flags. HR practices like this should be called out. In the end, I'm glad I do not work for this company if this is how they treat people and their time.
