relaxed interview that lasts from 30 min to 1 hour. Interviewer is interested in learning about your demonstrated skills and experience, but is also very much interested in hearing your passion for racial, economic, class, and gender justice (a big plus for those who don't have as much direct experience!).
It was a relaxing first experience with very kind interviewers mostly on my technical expertise. They were also very focused on advocacy experience. However they did not bother themselves to give any feedback after all.
