The interview process was pretty lengthy, but nothing out of the ordinary for a company of it's stature. It was frustrated, because you did get the run around. I could tell that the hiring department was outsourced and the communication in between departments was sub-par.

Typical but had to answer mathematic and computing questions. It wasn't difficult but it did throw me for a loop. I would suggest knowing your %'s prior to this interview. Otherwise basic customer service and administrative experience is great.

One phone interview and two in person interviews. They were very open and honest. A little over a week between each interview. Communication was through their hr department at corporate headquarters.
