Completed a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager first and that was very casual and a great experience. Then went in for an in-person interview with both my potential manager and the department manager. Both interviews were standard as far as questions and I felt very comfortable.

Emailed back and forth. Asked to come in for an interview. Met with 6 people in pairs for 30 minutes each. Most of the time was used to describe the job and its tasks.
