I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amica Insurance in Feb 2016
Interview
I only made it to the second round of the interview process. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. I applied online and received an email back asking for a brief phone screening call. It lasted about 20 minutes and went well and they requested to schedule me for a skype interview. The skype interview lasted about 30 minutes and she asked about company history, my resume and prior work experiences. I unfortunately did not receive a callback. I received the rejection email about a week later. One interesting thing that I feel they definitely emphasized was must be willing to relocate to be promoted within the company.
