I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amica Insurance (Lincoln, RI) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was introduced to the company through a career fair at my university. I met with a recruiter who gave me the basic overview of the company and then asked me a few basic questions about myself. After about 10 minutes of talking I was offered a next day interview. I did a lot of research about the company that night and was ready to show my interest in the job. My interviewer appreciated the interest and moved me on to the next round. At this point I was sent an email with instructions that take you to an online test. I submitted that and about a week later was offered a final interview at headquarters. There I met with 3 VPs who just are seeking to confirm what has been passed on to them by the previous interviews. Overall, it was a smooth process.
Three part interview capped off with a final interview with consisting of 3 parts. Asked if I was willing to work at any of their branch locations around the United States and how I deal with difficult customers.

Interview
I was offered an on-campus interview at a job fair. The interview consisted of general behavioral questions. I was then sent an email asking me to take a written assessment. I was given scenarios and asked to write relevant emails. Next I was contacted about a final interview in Rhode Island where I will interview with a couple of executives and be given a tour of headquarters.
