This place is a forteress. I had 3 rounds of interviews. Everyone who intervied me was at amica for at least 15-18 years. All 4 interviewers were middle aged white men. It is a conservative place. I had to take a math and writting test before 3 rounds of interviews. It was a bit weird, considering the my programming and statistics skills, which were discussed at lenght. It is a standard test hat they give to every employee.

I received an email regarding screen recording interview in a week. they got back to me after 2 months and said l was not selected. I highly warn you guys, there was a writing question. And l hit the enter button to go to the second paragraph. l did not know that when l hit the enter button it will take me to the next question. that's why my writing question was only one paragraph , it suppose to be longer than that. Just be careful.
